La Washington DC Film Critics ha reso noti i vincitori dell’edizione 2023 dei suoi premi annuali. A trionfare, un po’ a sorpresa, è American Fiction di Cord Jefferson, già vincitore al Toronto Film Festival, mentre Oppenheimer di Christopher Nolan ottiene sei premi. A livello attoriale, premiati Lily Gladstone per Killers of the Flower Moon e Da’Vide Joy Randolph per The Holdovers – ormai favoritissimi per gli Oscar 2024 – mentre un possibile trionfo di Charles Melton per May December ai prossimi Academy Awards prende sempre più piede.
