La Australian Academy of Film and Television ha reso note le candidature per i suoi premi annuali. Agli Oscar australiani – che si terranno l’8 febbraio 2024 – trionfano Oppenheimer di Christopher Nolan e Killers of the Flower Moon di Martin Scorsese, che dominano con 6 candidature ciascuno. Seguono Barbie di Greta Gerwig, Povere Creature! di Yorgos Lanthimos e American Fiction di Cord Jefferson. A seguire, tutte le candidature agli AACTA Awards 2024.
